WALKING IN PARIS: Beaubourg - Love Paris

パリの中心地区ボーブール界隈に行った際、私は必ずポンピドゥー・センターに立ち寄ります。その素晴らしい建築やカラフルな配管で作られたファサードには圧倒されます。現代性と創造性を伝えるシンボルです。

Whenever I walk through the Beaubourg neighbourhood in Paris, I never miss a chance to see the Pompidou Centre. Every time I’m floored by its incredible architecture, its façade covered in multi-coloured tubing… It’s a must of modernity and originality!

私はヨーロッパの近代美術の名作を収めるこの美術館の中で瞑想するのが大好きです。そのような時間は想像力を掻き立ててくれるのです。

I love to get lost in the museum, home to one of the most fabulous collections of modern and contemporary art in Europe. For me, it’s like a call to creativity.

In Beaubourg, the art is in the street. It’s everywhere, greeting you when you least expect it. It never ceases to amaze me.
